Il existe un un d\u00e9lai maximum d&rsquo;un mois \u00e0 compter de la remise des clefs lorsque l&rsquo;\u00e9tat des lieux de sortie est conforme \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de lieux d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>A d\u00e9faut, le bailleur s&rsquo;expose \u00e0 une majoration de 10% du prix du loyer par mois de retard.<\/p>\n<p>Dans une d\u00e9cision du 15 novembre dernier, la Cour de cassation pr\u00e9cise que cette sanction ne peut \u00eatre cumul\u00e9e avec les int\u00e9r\u00eats moratoires aux taux l\u00e9gal (ancien article 1153 du Code civil).
